I absolutely love the colors on this wreath - it would be absolutely beautiful if it were a little fuller and were packaged in a way to ensure no breakage. When I received the first wreath, it was heavily jostled in shipping and a lot of the berries were broken and the pine cones were unable to be reattached. The packaging could be better, they have it in an over-sized box with just a little wrapping around the wreath. I called customer service and they were wonderful. I sent the first wreath back and received no hassle with this. They paid for the shipping and sent my replacement wreath promptly. This wreath was in better condition than the first, but I still had trouble with a tiny bit of broken berries. The wreath is also very hard to shape because the leaves do not all have the bendable stems and therefore you can only do a little shaping. All in all, I am using it for my front entry (outside) and it serves its purpose and looks attractive from the road.
